We have two offices in northern Israel, Kibbutz Amiad and Kibbutz Beit Zera, and ten subsidiaries around the world – USA, Mexico, Brazil, Australia, China, India, Turkey, France, England and Germany.

We’re always looking for quality people from a variety of backgrounds to join our top-notch team: product development, sales, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering and management, operations, and manufacturing.

What does the Amiad recruitment process look like in general?

The Amiad recruitment process varies according to position.

All resumes received by Amiad are reviewed upon receipt and candidates who meet the requirements for open positions are called in for an initial phone screen.

If the candidate successfully completes this stage of the process, then he or she is called in for an additional personal interview.

At the end of the process, we are happy to bring on board the best candidates for each position!

Can I apply even when there are no available positions that match my skills? Do you keep my application on file?

Yes, you can send us your resume to keep on file, however, please continue to search our website for new openings on a regular basis so you can apply for a specific opening for which you feel matches your qualifications.

Why did I receive a rejection letter?

At Amiad, we strive to find candidates whose qualifications most closely match the requirements of each of our open positions.

We also feel it’s important to send all applicants a status update once we’ve moved on to another stage in the recruiting process.

Please continue to check our website for additional openings for which your qualifications may match.

Can I contact Amiad again for other positions?

We welcome applications at any time for any and all open positions.

Does Amiad promote from within?

We strive to find candidates whose qualifications most closely match the requirements of each of our open positions, which includes both internal and external sources.

In the end, we choose to fill the position with the most qualified candidate for each of our openings.

We're always happy to receive feedback that can help us to further improve our recruitment process.
